| This invention provides the techniques for continuously extracting soybean protein isolate, isoflavone, oligose, and saponin of soy. The steps include are as follows: (1) In order to extract the soybean protein isolate water being added into the raw material, pH 7-8 being adjusted, the mixture being stirred, precipitated, the supernatant A and deposited liquid B are obtained. After the supernatant A passing a filter, the protein solution C was obtained. It was two times to extract the deposited liquid B to get the protein solution D,G,I. The soybean protein isolate could be obtained by mixing the protein solution D,G,I, via centrifuge and spray drying processing (2) isoflavone of soy was extracted. (3) oligose of soy was extracted. (4) saponin of soy was extracted. The four products could be obtained by adopting the invented techniques, so reducing expenses, lowering cost. | |||
