Abstract:
     The present four-effect pressure evaporation system is suitable for evaporization process is sugar refining. Each evaporating tank is evaporated under pressure with effective temp. drop of 5.5~7.5 deg.C and different heat transfer area. The third evaporating tank has highest heat transfer area and gives most sugar juice vapor. The present system fully utilizes heat energy with steam consumption of 33.97% in the first tank and simplified apparatus.
