Abstract:
     The invention provides an evaporation system without juice vapor loss and its controlling method. The system composes of evaporation tanks, concentration tanks, condensers, and vapor accumulator. The controlling method of said system adopts three stage optimization controlling system and compensating controlling system. Each controlling stage is controlled by optimization layer and adjusting controlling layer. In case that the first controlling stage can be started to work. In case of all the three stages of controlling system can not make the concentration of juice reach standard value, the compensating controlling system is adopted. There fore, in the premise of that the evaporation system satisfies the index of various technology, the vapor entering the condenser contains no juice, and the loss of juice can be avoided.
