Abstract:
     The apparatus for recovering heat energy from sugar juice vapour in sugar refinery for continuous heating features that a heat exchanger is installed between the trunk of sugar juice vapour and pre-condenser, all the vapour passes through the heat exchanger to heat water pipe and uncondensed vapour is further vacuum condensed in pre-condenser and main condenser. Its advantages include high recovery rate of heat and heat exchange efficiency.
