Abstract:
     The antiscale is used to prevent scale is sugar making evaporation tank. It consists of sodium polyacrylate and amino trimethylene phosphonate in the weight ratio of 2-5 to 0.5-1.5. The sodium polyacrylate is prepared through dripping acrylic acid and water solution of ammonium sulfate into water solution of sodium hypophosphorite and adding liquid alkali. The amino trimethylene phosphonate is prepared through adding formaldehyde into the reactor of ammonium bicarbonate, adding phosphorus trichloride, heating and other courses. The present invention may be used in preventing scale inside available sugar making evaporation tank.
