Abstract:
     The spray drying technique is used in the invention. The syrup or mother solution of crystal sugar is sprayer into a drying column. At the same time some sugar powder is added at the top of column in which they are dried. The pretreated soybean, mung bean, traditional Chinese medicine, vitamin, tea or coffee can be added. Many kinds of health sugar or food are produced with the invention and equipment. A sieve plate is mounted at the bottom of column and the sprayer is located in the lower part of column. The invention is suitable for foodstufts factory to develop instant cane sugar and health food.
