Abstract:
     The process includes: 0-200 ppm/sugarcane of phosphric acid is added into pressed sugarcane liquor which has been heated and defoamed, then it is newtralized with lime, then pH value of sugarcane liquor is adjusted to 6 or - 0.4, and is clarified. The refined brown sugar powder produced by said process possesses high sugar powder content, less impurities, fine flavour of sugarcane liquor being preserved as compared with brown sugar powder produced by conventional process.
