Abstract:
     The present invention describes a method of manufacturing high-quality new kind of sugar with cane natural flavour and some nutrient components by using sugar cane as the raw material. Its production process is that after having been pressed, the sugar cane is made into the white sugar by use of conventional sulfitation process or carbonation process, and then the centrifugalized molasses is treated by use of phosphorylation floating process and clarified, and further some nutrient additives are added and finally the surface of white sugar is covered with the molasses by means of spraying and drying, so that the invented high-quality golden yellow nutrient sugar is obtained.
