Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a field of edible sugar technology. The technological process for preparing this modified high-energy sugar includes such procedures of charging, uniformly mixing, heating to make reaction, cooling and discharging and product packaging. In the charging and uniformly-mixing procedure the charge ratio of its raw materials is cane sugar: vitamin C: citric acid: water=100:0.30-0.40:0.15-0.30:30-60, and the reaction temp. of the heating-reacting procedure is controlled within 70-120 deg.C and the reaction time can be controlled within 0.6-1.5h., and the discharge temp. of the cooling discharging procedure is 40-60 deg.C. It is simple in technologial process, free from three-waste contamination, and can effectively improve the property of cane sugar. Its sweetness is high and taste is good.
