Abstract:
     An iodine-containing (5-50 mg/kg) sugar for supplementing iodine to human body is made up of edible cane sugar as carrier and potassium iodate through grinding potassium iodate into powder, sieving, and dissolving in distilled water, then spraying and finally drying, or directly mixing with cane sugar, or mixing with less sugar and then with rest of sugar. It may be directly taken or made into food and beverage.
