Abstract:
     The present invention relates to microwave and vacuum atomizing and drying technology and the said drying method features its vacuum drying course combined with microwave drying. The embodiment consists of material feeding chamber, atomizing and drying chamber, and micrawave drying section, the feeding chamber with nozzles has heating sleeve around it, the atomizing and drying chamber has a pipe connected to vacuum system, and the microwave drying section comprises several serial magnetrons forming microwave field. The present invention solves the difficult problem in starch production and sugar refining. and realizes producing porous powder product in one single process without crystallization in the conditions of low temp, low loss and fast speed.
