| A process for preparing granular brown sugar includes such steps as heating the mixture of sugar and water in a container until it is dissolved, addition of a little edible caramel as pigment and stirring until its colour is uniform. Another scheme is to mixing the finished granular white sugar with appropriate amount of edible caramel as pigment until its colour is uniform. Obtained granular brown sugar features uniform granules and colour and direct eating. | |||
