Abstract:
     A sugar powder containing maltose for brewing beer is prepared from the saccharified liquid of beer through low-temp vacuum concentrating to 30-50 % of sugariness, and drying in drier. It can be used for brewing beer through adding it along with aseptic water in fermenter, inoculating beer yeast, and fermenting at 7-22 deg.C.
