| The invention is an infiltration dehydrating method with ultrasonic strengthen and correlated device. Dissolve solid cane sugar under room temperature in water into solution with concentration (weight ratio) of 40-70%. Materials are ripe fresh fruits with smooth epidermis such as apples and pears etc. Before infiltration dehydration, chop materials into slices with different thickness then put them into the container with solution of cane sugar (ratio of material to solution is 0.5-2:10) for ultrasonic infiltration dehydration. After that take out the materials dehydrated to weigh, then put them into dryer to over-cooking then weigh again, at last process the result with computer. Device for the invention to apply this method is mainly an ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic produced by which can output ultrasonic to solution of material according to ultrasonic transducing stick. | |||
