Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a sugar manufacturing process of transforming granular sugar production into white floss sugar production, wherein the first-granular sugar is produced through the following steps: using the initial-sugar slurry as basic charge, digesting until reaching a preset volume, extracting first-washing syrup, and extracting initial-syrup until meeting the demand of discharge. The syrup extraction must be operated following batch sequence, specifically, for digesting each batch of sugar slurry, the former batch initial-syrup and washing-syrup must be used up. Crystals are totally used for first-granular sugar digestion. pH is controlled between 7.5-8.4. When the purity of initial- syrup is decreased to under 90% or the reduced-sugar increases to 0.5% and the chromaticity value index of end product sugar approaches 40 degree st, the initial-syrup and washing-syrup are transported back to the cleaning workshop section to be mixed with initial-sugar slurry in the proportion of 5-15%, meanwhile ash is added in the proportion of 1.2-1.4%, followed by other conventional process treatment such as saturation charging, filtering and sulfur branching. The present invention can decrease circulation re-digestion quantity of slurry and syrup and decrease vapor consumption, and also substantially decrease the non-sugar component and avoid its re-digestion, beneficial to increasing quality of end product sugar, decreasing sugar loss and reducing production cost.
