Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a flow guiding and shunt apparatus for sugar refining forced-circulation crystallization. An agitating blade is set in the central downcomer, a draught tube which is equal height to the downcomer is set between the central downcomer and the agitating blade, a guide plate is installed on the proper position of the wall of the draught tube upon the agitating blade and a ring shunting plate with holes is set on the both ends of the annulus space formed between the draught tube and the downcomer. Because the draught tube is set in the downcomer, the confection moves to the vacuum pan bottom along the draught tube to avoid the eddy current forming by adopting said flow guiding and shunt apparatus for sugar refining forced-circulation crystallization. The up and down ring paltes are added between the draught tube and the downcomer to make the confection flow and distribute uniformly and prevent the short circuit. The guide plate set on the wall of the draught tube can make the rotational motion of the confection to the wanted motion and the flow pattern is normal, get bigger circulation under the constant energy consumtion, achieve the forced-circulation and quicken the crystallization speed.
