Abstract:
     It is a kind of grain compressable suger production method. The sucrose solution is mixed with the powder compressable suger. After vacuum drying and filtering, it can get the grain directly compressable suger product. The content of sucrose can reach 99% in the grain compressable suger produced by this method. The apparent density can reach 0.6 - 0.7g/ml, wich water less than 1.0% even 0.5%. The process is simple. The normal production equipment is enough. It also resolve the problem of using spraying drying technology the sucrose solution's density is high so it is hard to control the pipe transportation and the material is not very close.
