Abstract:
     The characteristic of this method is to split those juicy sugarcane stalks in one step operation to filiform fibre, and then extract sugarcane juice by recycling washing, hot washing soaking and four or five presses. The major equipments are one high-effect splitter, four or five two-roll extracting machines with internal-axial juice-discharging,and also four or five soaking and intermediate conveying devices. Compared with the traditional mangles, these equipments are characterized by less investment, lower power consumption, notable economical effects and remarkable technological efficacy. This invention can be widely used for juice extraction in large, medium and small sized factories.
