Abstract:
     The present invention is a method of using floating method to purify syrup in the sugar refinery industry. After being saturated by carbonic acid and heated, the retro-dissolved syrup is treated via two-level phosphoric acid floating method (phosphoric acid or flocculant is added respectively), and then it is separated from the floating bagasse in a special floating separator, and cleaned by floating. Finally it is fed to the sugar-boiling building to produce high-quality refined sugar directly. The feature of the said method is no need for whole juice filtering process. Compared with the retro-dissolved syrup settling technology of filtering the whole juice, the floating method produces syrup with higher decolour rate, clearness and viscosity. Therefore, the said method can improve the quality of refined sugar produced, decrease steam consumption for boiling sugar and increase the production ability of the apparatus.
