Abstract:
     This invention relates to a productive technology of a new-type edible sugar-norenia dulcis syrup, in which noreaia dulcis fruit is used as its raw material and such processes are needed as extracting juice by press, preservation, clearing, decolourizing, filter, de-puckery and concentration. It has the advantages of simple process, less productive investment and obvious economic benefit. The total content of solid materials in the syrup is more than 80%, in which the total content of sugar is 70-75%. It is rich in nutritive elements and components needed by human body, such as Zn, Ca, etc. It can be directly used both as nutriment and sugar for eating and as the raw sugar in food and medical industries.
