Abstract:
     This invention relates to a technology for clarifying syrup by aluminium salt of a polymer in refining sugar industry. An aluminium salt of polymer as coagulator is added into the mixed syrup for coagulative precipitation and lime cream is used to regulate pH value, so that one-step clarifying filter of raw syrup can be realized and the filtered syrup can reach the standard of refining sugar. Such syrup is then concentrated, molasses separated and refined. With the invention, the quality of product and the total yield rate of sucrose content are increased.
