| This invention discloses a method to improve the quality and recovery rate of white granulated sugar produced by sulfurous acid method. Based on the clarification technology of sulfurous acid method, a technology route including high-alkali (pH=11) impurity-removal and auxiliary clarification by phosphoriv acid is added. Two isoelectric points (pH 11 and 7 ) are used to perfrom twice separations by sink-float and precipitation. The method features low investment and high clarification effect, such as average colour value of clarified liquid: 2154 ICUMSA; average opacity: 737; colloid-removing rate: 53.8% and improved purity: AP 3.64 and GP 2.73. | |||
