Abstract:
     The formol form substance of sodium hydrosulfite which is rapidly vacuum low temp vapourized to melt, is put in the vacuum kneading machine to knead for 1-2 hr under the condition of adding 10-30 deg cooling water and vacuity being-0.03-0.09 MPa, then 5-20% alcoholic disperser and activator are sprayed in and kneading continues until broken to pieces. When the stock temp. dropped down by lower than 40 deg.C, it enters the dispersor to undergo dispersion. Advantages: simple process, reliable, convenient for operation, low labour intensity, capable of recovering all the alcoholic disperser and its derivative activator, high finish product content, good stability and low cost.
