Abstract:
     This method is as follows first: use hot water to clean the filtered sugarbeet mud in the fiter-press, then send the mud into a sulfur potcher to proceed potch until the pH value of potch water lowers to 8.5-9.5, and the content of calcium salt is also lowered to 0.045/sugar juice, then filter the washing water after filtration is stored for use in exudation of sugar beet. The present invention can reduce the loss of sugar content and decrease the steam consumption.
