Abstract:
     The production includes the steps of juice extraction, cleaning treatment and evaporation. Unlike available technology, the present invention produces soft white sugar through direct crystallization of syrup, molasses separation, preparation of transferred syrup and addition, and drying. Compared with available technology, the production process has simplified procedure, less sugar loss during production, less power and supplementary material consumption, lowered production cost and raised production efficiency.
