Abstract:
     The present invention relates to magnetic clarification method of natural sugar liquid. The magnetic clarifying agent is made by washing magnetic powder with hydrochloric acid, add water to form suspensoid, add ferric chloride and stir to uniform, then slowly add NaOH to regulate pH to 10-13, finally add small quantity polyacrylamide, tilter to obtain magnetic clarifying agent; the clarifying technology is as follows: add magnetic clarifying agent to crude sugar liquid under normal temp., stir and add phosphoric acid to regulate pH to 5-7, add small quantity polyacrylamide, separate by magnetic clarifying agent to obtain clarified sugar liquid. Advantages are simple technology, short flow path, less equipment, less investment and cost, no environmental pollution.
