     The present invention discloses decoloring method of syrup, said method uses a new type functional polymer absorption material to proceed syrup decolorization, said functional polymer absorption material is ion exchange fiber using synthetic fiber as skeleton. Compared with prior art resin ion exchanger, the present invention processes the advantages of large specific surface area, large exchange capacity, high decoloring effect, short regeneration period, long service life etc. The cleaning effect can raise 2-5%. It will not release harmful material and does not pollute to environment.
