Abstract:
     A process for preventing the filter mud pollution of sugar refinery includes preheating the mixed juice to 40-55 deg.C, spraying phosphoric acid mixture into it, adding lime milk for neutralizing, aerating fine air bubbles, adding flocculant, stirring, flowing into float cleaner where the dregs are coagulated to become small particles with low sepecific weight, gethering to become float dregs, scraping the float dregs out, filtering the residual liquid, adding lime and filtering.
