Abstract:
     The mechanical mechanism for squeezing roller to prevent reverse suction of sugar cane juice has axial guide holes between a roller tooth base and a juice exhausting channel, penetrating the roller and parallel to corresponding juice exhausting channel; and juice blocking rods which are set in the guide holes separately and each of which has one small opening near to the tooth base and communicated with radial juice hole and one large opening near to the juice exhausitng channel and communicated with the small opening and the small opening. During squeezing, cane juice can flow through the large and small openings and juice exhausting channel smoothly, and in idle time, the juice blocking rods are driven by some mecahnism to separate juice holes from juice exhausting channels so that no juice can flow reversely to bagasse. The present invention makes is possible to squeeze cane juice completely.
