Abstract:
     The present invention is the method of improving sugar producing technological conditions, relevant apparatus and operation mode to produce granulated sugar with very low sulfur content. On the basis of carbonic acid process of producing granulated sugar, the first saturated soda filling process has forced mixing and outer circulation, the second saturated soda filling process has prolonged solidification time and thus raised cane juice clearing efficiency and decolorizing efficiency, structure of sulfur fumigator is reformed for reinforced sulfur fumigating reaction, reduced SO2 residue and lowered sulfur fumigating strength of juice and syrup, and all these ensures the SO2 content lower than 5 ppm, superior to relevant international standard, 10 ppm.
