Abstract:
     The present invention is the sugar juice dewatering concentration method in sugar producing process. The present invention adopts nanofiltration technology in concentrating mixed sugar juice to eliminate about 50 % of water in sugar juice and to raise the dewatering degree from 13-15 Bx to over 25 Bx while filtering out low valent metal ions and reduced saccharides, raise the heat resisting conversion rate of sugar juice and product yield. Substituting membrane separating dewatering concentration course for traditional heating concentration course partially results in low power consumption, shortened evaporation time, reduced heat conversion loss of cane sugar and increased product yield.
