| The physical mixed sugar juice clarifying, decoloring and desalting process includes the initial solid-liquid separation of sugar juice with traditional circular sieve filter and clarifying pre-treatment to obtain pre-clarified sugar juice; the subsequent heating and ultrafiltering to clarify and decolorize pre-clarified sugar juice to obtain clarified sugar juice; and final decolorizing and desalting by means of nanofiltering technology to obtain high clarified sugar juice. The said process can eliminate Ca ion, Mg ion and other high valent ions from sugar juice, is simple and can raise the crystallization rate of refined sugar by 3-5 %, and the sugar juice may be refined to obtain refined sugar without need of re-crystallization or other technological course. | |||
