Abstract:
     The invention relates to an improved method for cleaning raw sugar-beet juice extract, especially for reducing the lime consumption during the cleaning of raw sugar-beet juice. The invention also relates to a method for producing a nutritious non-saccharose concentrate from raw sugar-beet juice, to the non-saccharose concentrate produced in this way, to uses of the non-saccharose concentrate, and to a device for preliming raw sugar-beet juice and/or for obtaining the non-saccharose concentrate.
