Abstract:
     This invention provides a technique of processing filtrates of sugar refinery. It consists of these steps: 1. it use the formula( I ) shows high molecular weight Aluminium polymer: Ala (OH)bXc, in formula( I ), X is one of these ion Cl-, ClO-, ClO4-, Br-, NO3-, SO42-, H2PO4-, HPO42-, HCOO- and CH3COO- or same together, a : b : c = 1 : 2.1 : 0.9 - 1 : 2.9 : 0.1, the average molecular weigh is 10-16 thousand dalton. 2. It uses sedimentation apparatus as the device of wiping off deposition. This technique efficiency is better than the current technology with no TR cleaner or with deposition pool. When TR cleaner integrate with the plan flaw sedimentation apparatus, it make true a good efficiency of cleaning, short time, low equipment and reagent cost, easy going operation and control, it is a new kind of technology to process sugar solution.
