Abstract:
     The procedure of the new technlogical process is that the pressing dregs water comes from the squeezer and enters in the closed storage barrel, then it is pumped to the fully closed cyclone dreg-remover. The pressing dregs water is led out from the top of the dreg-remover and flows via electromagnetic flowmeter into the tank of pressing dregs water, then puts in the seeping device from the place lower than the liquid level of the seeping device. The pressing dregs water of said technology is not contacted with air and is foamless, the recovery rate is 98%. It can recover the saccharous content, increase yield of alcohol of the saccharous by product.
