Abstract:
     Of the said blade, the blade body has an extension part, whose outward front side has a hardness greater than that of inward back side, one end with outwards protuberant waved edge extension and the other end with at least two mounting slots. The blade is manufactured through the steps of material selection, forming, hot treatment and machining. Owing to its automatic sharpening during work, the said blade can result in high quality of beet slicing and high production efficiency.
