Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method to produce fermented feed protein. The aspergillus or geotrichum strain which has detoxication function is inoculated in the mixed raw material of rapeseed cake and cottonseed cake. After fermentation at 25-40 dge.C for 14-30 hours, it is baked and broken into finished product, whose protein content is up to 40-45% and which may be directly used as feed protein. An open solid fermentation technology and apparatus are used without waste generation.
