Abstract:
     The microbe is named strain 301 which is a new strain in thermophilic laterospore mould and can decompose the coarse fibre of straw to make it rot into fertilizer in a short time. For culturing the strain 301, the most suitable temp. is 43-45 deg.C, suitable pH value is 6.7-6.9, and culturing time is 6-8 days. The advantages are simple process, low cost, saving material and easy operation.
