Abstract:
     A bioactive animal protein powder rich in VB and balanced amino acids is prepared from imported beneficial bacterial line EM-1, specially selected domestic three beneficial bacteria, two saccharomycetes, and one mould as strains, acid-pretreated dechromized leather and hide powders, and fresh animal blood as base materials, and complemented with cottonseed and rapeseed cakes, corn protein powder, feather powder, wheat bran, corn starch and ammonium sulfate through solid fermentation, baking, crushing and packaging, and serve to promote growing of animals and prevent and cure intestinal infectious diseases. Its bacterial contents are 4 billions/g for beneficial bacteria, (billion/g for saccharomycetes and 0.8 billions/g for filamentous fungus spores.
