| The recipe consists of 0.06-80% of bones of animal and poultry, 15-20% of animals' skin, meat and viscera, 4-8% of animal's pancreas, 0.4-0.6% of hydrochloric acid, 0.7-1% of china clay and alcohol residue. The process consists of batching -high temp. digestion-drawoff of soup, drawoff of oil and sediment removal-pancreatin hydrolyzing-hydrochloric acid synthesizing-heating the soup and adding clay-skiming off foam and dregs-fine filtering-concentrating-vacuum drying-inspecting-crushing and packing. The advantages are extensive raw material resources, period of process shortened by 1/2, the yield increasing25%, utilizing waste material and good economical and social benefit. | |||
