Abstract:
     An enzyme process for extracting pupa oil, compound amino acids and chitin from wetted silkworm pupa comprises grinding wetted silkworm pupa in diluted alkali solution, filtering to obtain pupa skin and preparing chitin from the pupa skin, enzymolysis of pupa protein milk with alkaline and neutral proteinases in succession, separation of oil from water to obtain pupa oil and compound amino acid solution, fine filtering of compound amino acid solution, pressure reducing concentration and spray drying to obtain compound amino acid powder. It features shorter production period, saving energy and high quaility of products.
