Abstract:
     A bacteria preparation able to degradate residual pesticide for producing green grains and vegetables uses bacillus strain named J5, which is in the shape of long rod and has the size of (2-3)X(3-4) cm and hair on surface. Its young strain is long chain and old one is elliptic gemma. Its production process includes preparing seed culture liquid, culturing seeds in pot, and production in batch. It can remove 95% or more of residual pesticide such as methamidophos from crops.
