Abstract:
     A pine pollen honey containing fermented pine pollen (4-10 Wt.%), honey (4-10 Wt.%) and water (the rest) is prepared through mixing pine pollen with more kinds of microbe strains, wetting, fermenting at 1-30 deg.C for 1-72 hr, mixing with honey, homogenizing under 1-60 MPa, addition of water, sterilization and cooling, and features unique taste.
