Abstract:
     The present invention relates to microbiological fermentation technology for preparing heat energy and protein feedstuff by using waste fungus bar. Its preparation process includes the following steps: pulverizing waste fungus bar of edible fungus and medicinal fungus; inoculating EM fungus; adding carbon source; using sludge containing calcium and zinc to regulate pH value of fermenting material; anaerobic fermentation whose temp. is less than 35 deg.C; adding 10% blood powder, and adding trace element, vitamins and antibiotics so as to obtain the invented feedstuff with special content. Said invention is simple in preparation process, uses normal temp. fermentation process, has no need of special equipment, and can reduce cost, etc..
