Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a production process of expanded high-protein straw feed and its product. Firstly, the plant straw is passed through the process of expanding treatment, then at least passed through one process of fermentation treatment so as to greatly raise the fermentative effect, raise the sugar content and protein content in the product and shorten the fermentative time. The total sugar content of said product is 50-64%, its total protein content is 10-30%, and amino acid content is greater than or equal ot 14%. Besides, its crude fibre content is less than 14%, and its crude fat content is less than 5%. Said invented production process is easy to operate, rich in raw material, low in cost, has no need of specific equipment and has no environmental pollution.
