| This invention is a microbe transferring method of foromacidin. The microbe changing-strain of enzyme acylate has uniqueness and the enzyme activeness of 4"-hydroxy acylated more strongly. The substrate of foromacidin is added into above changing-strain culture in logarithmic growing period and any of precursors and coenzymes is not added in the acylation process. The microbe transferring method has such features as good directing property, gentler conditions of reaction and avoiding the problems of labour protection and environmental pollution, caused by chemical transfer. Because the coarse foromacidin can be used for transfer, the transferring ratio can reach more than 75%. The enzyme resource is rich, so the method is suitable for industrializing production. | |||
