Abstract:
     The technique uses saccharomycete as indicative bacterium. Since the different strains on the agaric columns with same volume and content of nutrient grow differently and the content of secreted carbohydrase in the agaric columns is also different the ratio of colony diameters of the indicative bacterium which is sensitive about the carbohydrase is used to select the excellent strain. The technique can distinguish large amount of agaric column with single colony on plate, detect the enzyme output with different culture medium and eliminate the effect of alpha-amylase and glucosidase.
