Abstract:
     The invention relates to manufacturing techinique of medical examination and testing agents. The present special staining agent for histopathological examination prepared by conventional method is not available in commercial circulation due to such problems as settlement of dye lumps, oxidation and hydrolysis, deterioration due to mildew, loss of pH balance, etc. In view of the present situation of said staining technique which has been restricted for popular application due to these problems, a new manufacturing process is invented by using the solutizer, antioxidant, stabilizer, preservative, pH buffer agent, by separate packaging of those agents which will lose effect in contact and by mixing at time of use, so as to have longer period of validity, stable staining result, convenience and time saving in staining operation and the final goal of making the agent a commodity for commercial circulation.
