Abstract:
     This invention belongs to clinical detection technique. It is used mainly to detect toxigenical colibacillus diarrbeic patients. It uses 800 alkaline basic pair I pattern non-beat resisting enteromycin (LT1)DNA segment as lamina membranacea. Under the action of KLENOW enzyme, the digoxin mark LT1DNA probe, through the dijestion treatment of specimen filter membrance RNA enzyme A and protease K goes on hybridization with nucleic acid. In suitable condition, uses digoxin mark LT1DNA probe to detect toxigenicity colibacillus wherein the LT1 is producted. It has the following advantages: high peculiarity and sensitivity, convenient to operate, short time of detection and stable property.
