Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation method of enzyme assay kit for uric acid, including culture and extraction of candida utilis microbial enzyme, synthesis of 2,4,6-tribromo-hydroxybenzoic acid chromogen and compounding, packaging and low-temp. freeze-drying, sealing of its lyophilized preparatory solution etc.. The enzyme kit made by use of said method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability and good anti-interference property. It can be extensively used for assaying uric acid of serum and urine, therefore it can provide the accurate experimental data for diagnosis of gout, kidney disease and chronic leukemia etc..
